Azure consumption insights - Usage Details refresh problem

Our cloud administrator provided a new account key for our enrollment. Since then I have got refresh problems with few tables such as Usage Details. Error: Value=Error occurred. EA: xxxxxx Message: Data Refreshing Failed For Enrollment Number: xxxxxx Details: [Reason=DataSource.Error,Message=AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'Unable to connect to the remote server'.,Detail=[DataSourceKind=MicrosoftAzureConsumptionInsights,DataSourcePath=xxxxxxxx,Url=https://ccmreportstoragepilot.blob.core.windows.net/usagedetailsreport/20200722/85885c69-e951-47dd-a...

Is there a limitation of data fetching?

Thaks for the suggestions. Issue is still there. Might indeed be related to bandiwth, which is very poor here. I need to check another connection prior to confirm..
