Azure Maps Visual - Reference Layer

I am trying to visualise geojson polygons dynamically on the Azure Maps visual  (i.e. so that a user can select a record and it displays the polygon as a reference layer). The geojson files are in a blob storage container. I am trying to use the URL to the file in the Reference layer > data source settings. However, I cannot display the polygon; either with the SAS token endpoint or making the blob storage container public.

Attempt with url (hashed the real endpoint )Attempt with url (hashed the real endpoint )Desired outcome (using upload as an example instead of url)Desired outcome (using upload as an example instead of url)

The documentation on this feature is very limited and I cannot debug the connection to the endpoint in Power BI.

Any guidance would be hugely appreciated!

Any solution to this? I'd prefer using SAS token.
