I have an azure map report. It exports fine to Powerpoint but nothing renders in a pdf. Has anyone else had this isse?

HI @kewaynes ,
The export to pdf feature will capture the snapshots of the power bi report visualizations and convert them to images. These static image files will not be affected when network or environment changes.

For the export to PowerPoint feature, it will keep the connection to power bi contents, if azure map not works for this type of environment the visuals data will also not loading in the PowerPoint files.

Thanks for the reply Xiaoxin. I'm not sure I'm reading your repsonse correctly. The way I'm interpreting it is that I would have issues exporting to PowerPoing by be ok export to pdf. But I'm actually having the opposite. Export to PowerPoint is fine but export to pdf is not working.
Let me know if I misunderstood your message.
Hi @kewaynes,
Sorry for that, it seems like I misunderstood your descriptions and snaps.
Which region the data source hosts? The data source type and connection mode? Can you please share some more detailed information about this? I will try to test with a similar environment and report it if I can reproduce this scenario.
