Azure Analysis Services Live Connection using Parameters

I'm building a solution that is going to use Power BI and Azure Analysis Services Live Connection for multiple customers.

Is it possible to use parameters for the Azure Analysis Services Server Connection?

Hi @baatch,

It is impossible to pass parameter at live connection mode.

If you mean pass user name to filter on datasource, I'd like to suggest you use RLS with AS datasource.

Would it be possible to build a custom data connector for a live connection to then pass parameter for the server name?

Nope, power bi not support this and I also not think this text (server name with parameters) can works as normal server name.
