Azure Analysis Services - How To Save Data Transfer

Hi Guys,

I Have an Azure Analysis Services in a Devolopment Tier, that was estimated to pay 98$ but i payed 300$ problably because the data transfer.

Is there any way to do not pay data transfer? My Sql Database and my Azure Analysis Services is on the Same Azre Region.

I need to understand more the Azure SSAS Price.
