Azure API Synonym

I'm extracting keyphrases from a data with the azure cognitive text analytics. My problem is that I get to many keyphrases with the same meaning. So I need to creat some synonyms for a specific keyphrase.

What is the easiest way to creat a synonym list?

I have the May 2019 Desktop version and at the moment I am not able to upgrade the newest version bc of some company rules.

In the May 2019 Version I can't find any synonym button.

First you need to create synonym, you can use the REST API or .NET SDK.
