Average of Column Values

Hi,

I have a Weekly Percent column in a matrix visual that I have calculated using the following formula:

Weekly Percent =
Var BillHrs = SUM(timeentries[Billable Hours])
Var WorkHrs = MAX('Employee Working Hours'[Working Hours])
Return
(Divide(BillHrs, WorkHrs, 0))

As you can see from the screen shot below the sub total column is not showing an average of this column:
Avg.PNGFyi, Hours is a fixed number column, working hours and billable hours are summed totals.
Displaying in the subtotal is not necessary if its more difficult. I can turn off the subtotals and use a measure to calculate and display in a card if that is more helpful.

Thanks,
Jason

@JayPow28 , You need to make sure hours sum up over week

Var WorkHrs = sumx(values(Table[Week]),calculate(MAX('Employee Working Hours'[Working Hours])))

or

Var WorkHrs = sumx(summarize(Table, Table[employee],Table[Week],"_1",calculate(MAX('Employee Working Hours'[Working Hours]))),[_1])
