I have a Weekly Percent column in a matrix visual that I have calculated using the following formula:

or
Var WorkHrs = sumx(summarize(Table, Table[employee],Table[Week],"_1",calculate(MAX('Employee Working Hours'[Working Hours]))),[_1])
