Average formula

Hi Team,

I have 3 tables Call, Chat and Email and in that i have a column name Overall Score in Average.

I'm trying to use this formula to calculate overall Average score but it is showing me incorrectly.

Could some help me

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you want to use the formula to calculate overall average score. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

1.Create the simple Call, Chat, Email table.

2.Click on Modeling in the top menu, then click on New table.

3.Create a new table with unified Overall Score column. Enter the following DAX formula.

NewTable =
UNION (
    SELECTCOLUMNS ( 'Call', "Overall Score", 'Call'[Overall Score] ),
    SELECTCOLUMNS ( 'Email', "Overall Score", 'Email'[Overall Score] ),
    SELECTCOLUMNS ( 'Chat', "Overall Score", 'Chat'[Overall Score] )
)

4.Create a measure to calculate the average of the Overall Score from the new table. Enter the following DAX formula.

AverageOverallScore =
AVERAGE ( NewTable[Overall Score] )

5.Move the Average Overall Score to the card visual.

If the above ones can’t help you get it working, could you please provide more raw data(exclude sensitive data) with Text format to make a deep troubleshooting? It would be helpful to find out the solution.

Call Table , Chat Table & Email table have column Overall score in %.
