Hi,
I have an output in a contact center environment, I need to show things such as Average Wait, Duration of calls etc... I cannot seem to get time to work on a Y axis, or even in the values, it just does a count instead.
The data outputs as a DateTime, any generally known way around working this out?
I did manage to get it to do "decimal minutes" but aparently 1.5 mins is too hard to read...
