Hi

I have a property table containing Street, Full Addesss and Scores. I would like to display a visual table showing just Street and an Average of Scores.

For example Dax drive has two properties at this addess wih a combined score of 35 divided by 2 = a score of 17.5

Ah.  In that case, you can use

Avg Score = AVERAGEX(DISTINCT(Table[Full Address]), [Scores])

You can just make a table visual with your Street column and a simple measure of

Avg Scores = AVERAGE(Table[Scores])  //replace Table with your actual table name

Hi  Mahoney.pat

thank you for your quick response. I did try your idea but the column with the scores is already a measure. There for it does not work.
