Automatically refresh AND publish

My report contains live data from 

1. a Sharepoint List

2. an excel file saved on Sharepoint

I have set the dataset to automatically refresh every day but how do I also get this to publish the refreshed data to my workspace too? Or does it automatically get published to the workspace when refreshed?

Changes on Sharepoint based data sources get processed by your dataset automatically "within the hour" (as per Microsoft).
