good afternoon
I don't know if someone will be able to help me, I hope so!! We have several reports mounted on a powerbi (a pbix file) and we want to be able to publish/present them on a screen so that it can be viewed in a general way. I don't know how to do it.
I have seen that power bi had an app that was mobile app but it is no longer valid for windows, it is only valid for apple and android, and we want to show it on a windows computer.
I have mounted the report in a sharepoint, but I do not know how to make it available so that it is projectable. Would this be the option? in this case, is a Pbi license necessary for it to be visible?
We would also like you to be able to jump from one report to another automatically (carousel), as a ppt presentation, that every 5 seconds e.g. shows a report. I remember that all the reports are in the same pbix file.
Has anyone done something similar? I appreciate the help you can give me.
Thank you and best regards,
Marten
Hi @MartaBordallo ,
Currently, Power BI does not natively support automatic cycling of reports. You can use the following workarounds:
1. Use browser extension (like Revolver - Tabs for Chrome or Tab Rotate for Chrome) that can automatically cycle through different browser tabs. Open each report in different tabs and set the extension to switch tabs at your desired interval.
Automatically rotate through Power BI report pages on your browser
2. Using PowerPoint Integration (without automatic cycling): Export Power BI Reports to PowerPoint and run Slideshow
Add a live Power BI report page to PowerPoint - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
View and present live Power BI data in PowerPoint - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Best Regards
