Automatically extract data from Paginated Report to Excel

I periodically receive a report from a 3rd party that is a Paginated Report type.  I want to automate the extraction of the data to Excel.  Does anyone have an idea of how to accomplish?

You may want to ask them to send you the data in Excel format (or CSV) instead.
