So the thing is, at my workplace, we have a sharepoint where we normally have all data, so pulling data from there is easy enough. However, there is one excel that is located in a private server inside our workplace, we have conecion through network to that unit, so acesing the file is possible, and pulling data to Power BI too. However, when trying to automate the update, it's impossible, as if my computer is turned off, the update fails (and makes another report to fail, as it pulls data from this first report). Moving this excel to the sharepoint is not an option, as the workers who fill it stated that it was tried in the past, but generated many errors in the file. Is there a way, to make it so the report updates automatically, choosing from two or more computers? So if one is off, the other is on (I thought of creating a gatewa from one boss in my workplace that almost always have the computer on, or at least at times when mine is off), or even more computers so at least one is on at all times.
Power automate is not an option either as the exact same problem arises.
Any suggestion is welcomed.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on your description, Microsoft offers a High Availability Gateway Clustering feature that allows you to configure multiple gateways as a cluster. This way, if one gateway becomes unavailable, another gateway will automatically take over, ensuring that data updates are not interrupted.
You also need to make sure that your gateway software is up-to-date in order to take advantage of the latest features and fix known issues!
