Automatic refresh data

Is there any possibility to have an automatic data refresh when i open power Bi file ?

Thank for your help, the document stipulate : " ... This will only refresh the data for the dataset within the Power BI service. It will not update your local file ..." and i need to the refresh on my local file

It's seem not to be possible tu do that
