Automated refresh in report builder

Hi I want to connect to SharePoint using report builder. Is it possible to schedule a refresh in report builder twice a week after data changes. Please let me know if it's possible

    Hi NISH72 ,

     

    When connecting to sharepoint if you go to the options of the dataset you can then performe schedule refresh that can be a daily refresh at a certain time, and then even if there is no update to the data it runs the refresh no issue.

     

    You just need to select an hour that you now your data as been updated, on the cases I have setup this type of schedulling I have made it during the nigth or at end of work hours.
