Could any body please let me know how to generate automated reports as per below flow using Power BI "Desktop"
Sql Server ===> Power BI [ script ] ===> Send email to few designated id's .

I don't think there is any set of features like what you're describing.
You use Power BI Desktop to build data models and reports, then publish them to the online service. From there individual users can each subscribe to pages from those reports, which will email them when the dataset refreshes. There is currently no internal scripting language for automating the creation of reports and I don't know of any plans to create anything like that.
There is also no way to automatically email a list of users. Individuals must currently subscribe to reports on their own. I believe there are plans to create a way for admins to subscribe other users but that feature has not been released yet.
