Automate the copy table steps

Hi,

I'm trying to export a few tables in Data view into an Excel file. Is there a direct way to export them out to Excel in different tabs or I need to go table by table to right click and select copy table and paste it to Excel 1 by 1 manually. Is there any automation that I can select those tables that I need and export them into 1 Excel in different tab.

Thank you.
