Hi everyone,
I previously asked for help on automating emails with Power BI reports, and I received some helpful suggestions — thank you for that!
I’d like to now clarify my requirement more precisely and see if what I’m trying to do is even possible.
I have a Power BI report (Page 1) containing only table and matrix visuals.
I want to automate the sending of this report via email using Power Automate.
The key requirement: I want the report visuals to appear directly in the email body, not as attachments or links.
The goal is for recipients to view the report details instantly within the email, without downloading anything.
Is it possible to embed Power BI report directly into the body of an email using Power Automate?
Any advice, steps, or examples would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
