Auto refresh web

I know there are lot of solutions regarding this but I have been banging my head against the wall but unable to convert this json into a format that can be used for auto refresh. 
Can someone please help me out?

What JSON?  The result of the API call?

And please explain what you mean by "auto refresh web" - that is too vague.

Hi @lbendlin , Apologies, Even I was unable to understand so could not explain. This is something I ave no knowledge about. I saw videos, becasue I have parameters, to schedule refresh this we need to change the link by givinf a relative path or something.
