Auto Refresh App data

I have created some sales reports on PowerBI Desktop and would like to share them with management via the online PowerBI App.  If I share this data will it auto refresh so that it is continuiously live?  The data is being pulled from a SQL Database that auto updates in PowerBI Desktop.  Or is there another way that the data can be viewed by colleagues and always be live?
