Auto Generate Report

My company wants me to create a analysis for hotels daily expenses  and then they want it to go public like any one can upload the data and then power bi auto generate/change those visuals based on new data set.

I have created analysis over one sample data set.How can i achieve it to make it dynamic?Do we need some software guy or any solution to this.

NOTE:Analysis visual would be fixed means defined once only data set will chage.
