Authentication window doesn't appear when I try to connect to REST that requires credentials

Hi,

I'm trying to import data from a REST API, which requires credentials to access. I selected Get Data and then chose "Web" and the following appears:

I enter the URL information of the API and click on OK. the API is password protected, so normally a popup would appear where I would enter the credentials. However this window is not appearing and I go straight to the navigator, which looks like:

From the HTML code, it appears it's accessing a signin page. I have cleared Power BI's cache, as well as tried to delete the old credentials, but it never prompts me to enter my credentials. I was wondering how do I force the authentication window to appear?
