Hello to all,
I am writing to you because I am facing a problem for which I cannot find a solution. I did not find a topic corresponding exactly to this type of problem, hence the creation of this message.
I can no longer access sharepoint via Power BI desktop, either on an exported file or a blank one.
I thought, at first, that it was a source problem and I deleted everything and added the new source of my sharepoint.
But I still have the same problem that comes back in a loop no matter what changes I make. When I try to connect to the sharepoint (in anonymous/windows/Microsoft account) a popup opens and closes automatically telling me "You have logged out of your account".
Then once closed the connection fails and PBI tells me: "Sorry, we can't establish the connection. Delete your credentials and try again later".
I know that the problem comes from my side because I tried on the account of a colleague and it works perfectly. So we can remove the fact that it comes from the sharepoint.
If you have any ideas where this could come from, I would appreciate it.
Have a nice day
The same thing happens to me. And I tried the proposed solution but you still felt the problem.
If anyone has fixed this problem, I appreciate their help.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Please clear your credentials and try again.
Best Regards,
Winniz
