August 2022 bug - trying to filter a column highlights another column

Since the August 2022 release, there are numerous issues with column filtering. One of these, is that if I try and filter a column using the dropdown (such the document.status column below), instead of dropping down, it takes me to the very end column (Appiontment No). Sometimes restarting fixes it, sometimes it does not. Please can this be looked at. Thanks.
