Audit of report search function

Hi - hoping someone can help as I can't see a definitive answer in any of the help guides.

I have a report which will be deployed via an app which allows workers to search for records in the underlying data by customer name.

I know I can set up audit reports for who has accessed the app, but is it possible to see in the activity audit logs which customers our workers have searched for from within the app?
