Is it possible to have the end-user determine the weights of a variable based on slicer selection? So if a variable can weight between 1-10 or 1-5 the user can move the value within the slider and determine how much weight they want to put on a variable.

You can create numeric range parameters, they used to be called what if parameters. The user sets the value using a slicer and you can then use the value they have chosen in your measures
