Assigning dates to value if within a range

Hi gurus,

I need your expertise on the below:

1. I have a table with Fiscal Quarters Start and End dates

QuarterStartEnd
Q4-FY221-Apr-2130-Jun-21
Q1-FY231-Jul-2230-Sep-22
Q2-FY231-Oct-2231-Dec-22

2. and another table with dates

23-May-2021

15-Dec-2022

.

.

.

So I want to create a column beside these dates to return

Q4-FY22 for 23-May-2021

and

Q2-FY23 for 15-Dec-2022

and etc...

Thanks in advance
