Assigning a value with duplicated data in table

I am trying to assign a value to duplicated values so I can visualize it without the duplicates. 

- I have added an index column that assigns a value to each unique HCN but next step i'm hoping to assign based on the reg date as well, so it will take the reg date into account

The current vs ideal state is shown below: 

Any help or insight is appreciated!

You can try to create a new column

Index = 
RANKX(
    'Table',
    'Table'[HCN] * 100000 + DATEDIFF(DATE(1900, 1, 1), 'Table'[Reg Date], DAY),
    ,
    ASC,
    DENSE
)

Sounds good.  What have you tried and where are you stuck?

Can you provide sample data in a usable format, not as a screenshot?
