Array Format

Hello everyone, good afternoon

I wanted to know if anyone knows how I can reach a format similar to this in a matrix or table.

2023 202
aJanuary FebruaryMarch AprilMayJuneJulyAugustSeptemberOctoberNovemberDecemberJanuaryFebruaryMarchAprilMayJuneJulyAugustSeptemberOctoberNovemberDecember
b
c

I try and he just lets me put the year, but I can't separate them by years.
