Arrange Week number and Year

I don't know why this is behaving this way. How can I switch the 53rd of 2018 and 1st of 2019?

Here is my code.

By my tests, I cannot reproduce your scenario.

Sorry I just read your msg. I just filtered it by year so the error will not occur. But I am still puzzled why it is happening. Maybe there is something wrong with some of my codes.
