Arrange Week number and Year

I don't know why this is behaving this way. How can I switch the 53rd of 2018 and 1st of 2019?   Here is my code. WeeknYear = 'Date Table'[WeekNumISO] & " " & 'Date Table'[Year]

    For your scenario, I need more information to understand it better.

    By my tests, I cannot reproduce your scenario.
