Is it a bug?
That definitely looks like a bug from my point of view. I can't see how you'd actually make it look like that on purpose even if you wanted to.
Is it the same in all browsers? Try testing in Edge/Chrome/FireFox/IE to see if it's consistently broken.
It happens in all browsers... and Power BI mobile too.
I know it's a bug.
And very recently because a month ago was everything ok.
