ArcMap Visualization Keeps Reloading

Hello,

I have no visualizations or filters set up to filter my arcmap map and have confirmed this on the relationships tab, but anytime I do anything else on the dashboard (filter a different visualization, click something...etc.) the arcmap map reloads. Every time it reloads it creates a 'flash' that is very distracting. Is there anyway to stop it from reloading everytime interactions that have nothing to do with the map take place on the dashboard?

Try to use 'Edit interaction' feature in the PBI Desktop and save the status.

Thank you for the suggestion, but this did not work. It shows that no filters/visuals are interacting with the map, yet it reloads (very slowly) every time an action is taken on the dashboard.
