I have a ArcGIS Map of locations in the US, and I can set this up how I would like to show it, but when I change tabs, or reopen the file, the color scheme resets to default. Is this a bug, or is something else going on?
I have the locations determined by Longitude & Latitude, and the size of each circle is an absolute number or a field that can sum to negative. To account for this, I have a column that flags for positive/negative values, and this field is what is the color parameter.
To effect the right visual, I edit symbol style by changing the symbol color "Classification type" to None, and "Color theme" to Above and Below. I then edit the color ramp accordingly. It looks great, I save the file/change tabs... and it defaults back to Natural breaks. In fact, even if I edit the Natural breaks color, it returns to the default color ramp if I change tabs again. Why?
Hi @Anonymous
As tested, it works on my side with Power BI Desktop Version: 2.71.5523.941 64-bit (July 2019)
Which version of ArcGIS Map and Power BI Desktop do you use?
the 1.0.0.89 version has such issue, the version 1.0.0.93, 1.0.0.96 seems to be fixed for this issue.

Everything was up to day, but the August PowerBI update seems to have fixed it for most people. Found another post with many others having same issue.
