ArcGIS Map Does not Filter via Slicer

Good afternoon,

 

My ArcGIS map will only filter once via a slicer, but when you want to choose another option the map never refreshes and remains on the first slicer option you selected. Does anyone know why the ArcGIS map won't interact or refresh with slicers or other visuals after the first selection? I am using Desktop Version: 2.107.841.0 64-bit (July 2022).

First filter selection:
