HI All
I have the foolowing datamodel diagram :
My model is divided to 2 model : sales and Finacial and I have two security list that contains the same users (all employees) , but thier permision differ depend on the model that they want to surf.
I creat 2 Dynamic RLS , one for each access table
When I want to test my RLSs with View as tab , It work good when only applying one of the security roles , but when checking both of them for a user name , no filirting is being applied any more !!!
Do any one has an explination why this might happen and how to solve this ?
Regards
Depends on how your sales and finance data models are linked. General recommendation is that they should share dimensions and that the fact tables should not be joined to each other.
