Apply in Power Query Editor

Hey all, 

 

When I click apply after transforming my data in the power query editor nothing happens. What am I possible doing wrong? The data also isnt showing in the data tab.

You clicked close and apply, right?

What shows in the Power Query window before you close and apply?
What happens on the screen you are showing if you hit REFRESH ALL in the ribbon?
