Apply All filters & go to bookmark

Hi I'm trying to add an 'Apply Filters' button to my reports in an effort to reduce the total number of SQL queries...
I have a filter panel which opens & closes using bookmarks & I'm worried about users forgetting to apply their filters before closing the panel

Aside from better signposting of the Apply Filter button, is there a way of forcing the button to click upon closing the pop-up

Thanks

@gefwderhtgrehqg ,

In Power BI, you can’t directly force a button to click upon closing a bookmark panel.

Workaround-

  1. Implement tooltips or small pop-up messages that remind users to click the “Apply Filters” button before closing the filter panel. This can be done using text boxes that only appear when the panel is open.
  2. Use visuals (like arrows or icons) near the filter panel or the “Apply Filters” button to draw attention to it, encouraging users to apply their filters before closing the panel.
  3. Instead of directly closing the filter panel, you could navigate to a different page that shows the filtered results and includes a reminder to apply filters.

@gefwderhtgrehqg there is no way to force it, except provide training to the users.
