Hi I'm trying to append two tables where I'm trying to avoid duplicate fundcodes from table2 below is my sample code.
In my output table im only getting data from table2 and nothing from table1
let
Source = PostgreSQL.Database("sddal021.superiq.com.au:5432", "superiq_adb"),
public_report_funds_view = Source{[Schema="public",Item="report_funds_view"]}[Data],
Source1 = PostgreSQL.Database("sddal101.superiq.com.au:5433", "superiq_adb"),
public_report_funds_view_2= Source{[Schema="public",Item="report_funds_view"]}[Data],
Filter_List = List.Difference(public_report_funds_view[Fund Code],public_report_funds_view_2[Fund Code] ),
Table2b = Table.SelectRows(public_report_funds_view, each List.Contains(Filter_List, [Fund Code] )),
Final = Table.Combine( {public_report_funds_view, Table2b} )
in
Final
Can someone please review my code and help with where I'm going wrong ,as this is the first time im trying to use M language.
You may refer to code below.
Final = Table.Combine( {public_report_funds_view_2, Table2b} )
Thanks for replying the output table doesnot give me the correct number of funds which is around 30000 rows,it only gives me the 2111 rows which is the table 2 contents.
You may build a simple example and check each step.
