Append two tables from postgres with only distinct fundcodes

Hi I'm trying to append two tables where I'm trying to avoid duplicate fundcodes from table2 below is my sample code.   In my output table im only getting data from table2 and nothing from table1 ...

    Thanks for replying the output table doesnot give me the correct number of funds which is around 30000 rows,it only gives me the 2111 rows which is the table 2 contents.
