App Workspace Storage

Hi All,

I am PowerBI Pro licence user with having Embeded capacity (Pause state)

I am working on testing the Capacity  of app workspace where dedicated capacity is off

I have created a app Workspace and Publishing the dataset.

I have excedded 10GB limit but still when i publish new dataset,it allows me to publish.

My question is what is the limit of storage  and how many apps workspace we can create?

yes ,I read this:

For workspaces in shared capacity:

• There is a per-workspace storage limit of 100 GB.
• For app workspaces, the total usage can’t exceed the tenant storage limit of 10 GB multiplied by the number of Pro licenses in the tenant.

,here what is per-workspace  it means(app and my workspace)?

How to find number of Pro licenses in the tenant.?Is there any direct way to find and test the capacity?

If you are using pro that is 10 GB.
