Annotation text in scatter chart

I have a query with three columns - "x", "y" and "text".

"x" and "y" I use as coordinates for the scatter chart. I want to put the column "text" as annotation text to every point. The column "text" contains values, that might be used more than one.

@GIvanov , In the case of Scatter X and Y, need to be a measure (Aggregated value)  and will be shown based on details(group by)  Text

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Instead of the coordinates as text, I would like to have the text in the third column "BL", "RA" etc. next to each point. Thank you
