Analytics pane

Hi.
I have my April 2023 updated version. 
I had a line visualisation and I have included,  from Analytics pane, the Average line. 
Now the layout has been updated and the visualisation's pane is on top of the screen. 
I cannot find the analytics pane anywhere. 
How do I add the average line, for example, to may visual?

it should be in the format pane, under reference line:
