Analytics Forecast Help

Hello all, need some publishing help with the forecast analytics option.

I have graphs with the feature on my desktop. But when I publish to a premium site and gives an error. It says it can not retreive the data

I have updated the site to the latest version PBI

Any help would be greatly apprciated

@Anonymous , What type of data it is. Few data will work if setup gateway. for others you have give credential in power bi service.

Under scheduler, refresh check how connection detailed setup at service

Hi @Anonymous , 

What did you mean "publish to a premium site"? Publish report in premium workspace? I test this in my environment, which works well. You could check whether other reports could work or not(whether this caused by visual or data), you also could refer to @amitchandak 's suggestions to check your data model(import or direct query, local file or online data), which might need gateway.
