Analysis service using SQL Server On-Prem

Using analysis service with live connection i have 23 million records.

 I want to count the occurence of element in the table.

I'm getting error in the visuals.

For Ex : Table should display the ErrorTypeCode and the Count of each ErrorTypeCode

As suggested in the error message, use a 64 bit version whenever possible and you may need to increase the amount of memory available on the machine in this scenario.

Or you can try increasing the Maximum allowed to 16000 under File / Options and Settings / Options / Global / Data Load.  Data Cache Management Options.

@Anonymous , seem like you are using 32-bit power bi or SSAS, You need upgrade to 64 bit for system use more memory
