Dear All,

Could you please advise what causes and how to resolve the error message below? It appears when I try to publish a new version of the report from Power BI Desktop.

I also tried to download the newest version of Power BI Desktop, but it seems Microsoft page does not respond:

Could you please advise?

For your issue, please try the following troubleshooting methods:

1. Make sure your internet connection is stable, you can try another network to check if the problem still exists.
2. Save the .pbix file locally, exit and close the Power BI desktop, then reopen the application and log in to Power BI.
3. If the issue persists, you can enable diagnostic tracing in Power BI Desktop.
   • Go to “File” > “Options and settings” > “Options” > “Global” > “Diagnostics” and select “Enable tracing.” Then  reproduce the error and check the log files for more detailed information.
4. In addition, for internal server errors when downloading the latest Power BI Desktop, please clear your browser cache or change to another browser for comparison.
