Hello,
I'm pretty new to Power BI, and i'm not even sure if this is possible with power BI logic at all. Anyways, I have been struggeling with PBI visual Matrix to show a AVERAGE of the column.
I need to show avg order size on no. of products and no. of production lines.
I used following mesure to get the avg on each product: AVG order size = QTY/No of Products/Distinctcount(produktion lines)
PBI uses the mesure i created in the totals as well, but i need to show the avarge of a column insted, so basically i need (100+100+100+100)/4 = 100. Is this possible at all?
Help will be much appriciated 🙂

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:
