Hi there,
I am working on a report level, without having an access to the dataset so all I can do is create measures. I wanted to know if there is a way to show top 25 companies by their sales and rest of them as 'Others' as a separate record in my pbi table. This is the sample data I have:
| Name | Sales | Costs | Expenses |
| Walmart | 90,000 | ||
| Target | 80,000 | ||
| Costco | 70,000 | ||
| Kroger | 60,000 | ||
| Sams | 50,000 | ||
| Lowe | 40,000 | ||
| Home Depot | 30,000 | ||
| Walgreens | 20,000 | ||
| CVS | 10,000 |
This is how I want to see:
| Name | Sales | Costs | Expenses |
| Walmart | 90,000 | ||
| Target | 80,000 | ||
| Costco | 70,000 | ||
| Kroger | 60,000 | ||
| Sams | 50,000 | ||
| Others | 100,000 |
Using switch doesn't work in my actual model because I have millions of records and I need to show top 100.
I really appreciate your help, thank you!
