Alt solution for column level security

Hi All,

As we know still power bi haven't yet release column level security, is there any alt solution manually hide columns for my sales reps. I see hide option in report view option but how far it works dynamically not sure.

My business structure is manager lvl hierarchy we need to restrict columns for sales reps.
